Andrea is a very likeable person and you immediately feel at ease with her in the conveyor tower. She has a lot of experience, knows one or two tricks and is happy to share them with others. Ms. Belusa was very open and friendly. I also really liked the lovingly and creatively furnished rooms. In a family crisis situation, Andrea accompanied me in such a warm, focused and cordial way. I felt very well looked after and very well supported. Andrea works holistically and involves the entire system. My daughter was also able to talk to her and find out how she was feeling about the situation. A lot has changed since Andrea joined us in our everyday family life. Our daughter picked her up at the very first meeting and was "enchanted". Our months-long conflict with becoming dry was resolved and our daughter is much more liberated and happier.
