The recommendation to contact Mrs. Frangen regarding our house sale was an absolute stroke of luck.
Ms. Frangen was very professional in her work, whether it was appraisals, home inspections or consulting. She was always responsive and kept us constantly informed. She was available with advice and, above all, with action and we could trust her completely.

All promised services were provided on time and in the correct manner. In addition, a contact person was always available and we were called back promptly.
Also, solutions were sought in a goal-oriented manner when changes occurred and were handled professionally.

Less than 5 stars are undeserved here. Ms. Frangen looked after me from the very beginning of buying a property. She was always available for questions and answered them as fast as lightning. The contact and the handling of the whole process from the viewing to the final appointment were excellent. Mrs. Frangen and team are absolutely recommendable!

Mrs. Frangen was very friendly and very committed. She offered comprehensive advice for the sale of my property.
Very helpful was her assistance in finding a moving company, as well as a de-cluttering company. Ms. Frangen took care of any offers in this regard.
She was always available for questions. There were many personal conversations and she fulfilled my ideas and wishes.
Fortunately, due to her commitment, she was able to sell my property quickly.
I am a single widow (81 years old, with physical impairment) and thank her very much for her excellent support.
I will recommend her to others.
