Unbelievable! For the first time since January 2007, this is the first insurance company that handled our claim very quickly. Without any problems. Personal contact excellent! And the best part is that we did not think of it ourselves at all. A customer pointed out to us that you have to report it. Otherwise we would never have done it.

For several years, Ergo Grommel has been my full-liner when it comes to insurance.
You are always greeted and welcomed in a friendly and courteous manner at the reception, on the phone, by the senior Mr. Grommel and also by Carsten Grommel. One has at no time the feeling to get something "aufquatscht". All contracts are explained in detail and, if necessary, several times in a row. In case of damage, absolute proffesionell handling of the respective matter. Even in complex situations, which are not understandable for the layman, Carsten keeps a cool head and can get the best out for you with his calm but determined manner.
