Due to my upcoming studies, which will lead to me becoming a civil servant on probation, I needed to switch from statutory to private health insurance. On recommendation, I requested an appointment directly with Mr. Gruber. He got in touch quickly and during the consultation, he explained all the options to me in a clear, honest, and pressure-free manner. He also offered to provide me with a non-binding comparison with offers from other insurers.

I am really very satisfied with the advice I received from Mr. Gruber. He had a competent and understandable answer to every one of my questions - and not just in his actual area of responsibility. I was particularly pleased that he also took the time to explain topics that went beyond the usual.
