We say as it is, it was fantastic. From the first conversation, the commissioning, the exposé to the visits and the eventual sale and the joint notary appointment. The advice was in all respects above average Competetent as well as the very friendly demeanor. The transaction between the sale of the apartment and the purchase of the house was a challenge that Ms. Inacio handled very well. To bring all parties to a common denominator and accordingly make them happy is, in my opinion, not an easy hurdle. At the beginning we were a bit unsure whether we should sell our house with a realtor. However, Ms. Inacio quickly convinced us otherwise in an initial meeting. The right price was determined, a photographer took beautiful pictures and the exposé was super written. We would recommend it to anyone, there is a lot of work behind it. The missing property documents were all requested by Immobilien Atelier, we had to take care of virtually nothing. After about 4 weeks we had a suitable offer for our house and are very satisfied with the entire process with fair brokerage commission.
