The first step in dealing with them responsibly is always a correct and realistic valuation - we received such a valuation from Mr. Krohe - VON POLL IMMOBILIEN Shop Kirchheim unter Teck - many thanks for this. The quality of the advice and the appraisal has prompted us to write a short review at this early stage of planning (part 2 in the event of a future brokerage). A high level of professionalism offered unobtrusively is already a great pleasure. As a prospective buyer, I have inquired about two apartments at Von Poll in Kirchheim.
This is new territory for me, as I am only at the beginning of my search and I am still very uncertain. Mrs. Sachs informs the customers extensively about the real estate and shows a great expertise for the market as well as about the objects. She tries to find a suitable solution, i.e. real estate, for each customer. It is particularly noteworthy that she looks beyond the end of her nose and sees whether the property actually suits the buyers and points out that the financial matters are or must be clarified beforehand.
I have experienced her as reliable and authentic, with a sympathetic demeanor and giving one or two useful tips. I can only recommend Ms. Sachs.
