My personal new goals (reduction of working hours) were moved full throttle to the target by the consulting, communication and target-oriented hints, clues, arguments.
Objections or uncertainties were put into perspective with factual, professional, even now and then "strict" arguments.
Without Ms. Münch's help and advice, I would not be able to implement my new goals.
Many thanks for the coaching, which I will use again and again if necessary.
