After reading about the driver's license copy and embassy and such, I wanted to save myself the car ride in Japan, but with this web service it was really super easy. Enter data, get code on time. Printout in the7elevn without any problems. Acceptance at the car rental: 100%. It doesn't get any better than this.

I was very happy with the offer, price and "delivery". I printed it out on the spot in a 7eleven and it was very easy.
Unfortunately, my driver's license was not correctly translated into Japanese, so I could not rent a motorcycle as planned and my actual vacation plans were completely thrown overboard, to the regret of me and my 4 fellow travelers. Very annoying, as I could have saved myself the money completely.

Please contact us directly so that we can review the case together. The translations are issued by the Japan Automobile Federation, and so far there has not been a single reported case of a faulty translation. Each submission is carefully and manually checked before it is passed on.

If there was indeed an incorrect translation, we could have resolved your issue directly during your motorcycle rental. In such cases, we can arrange a correction with the Japan Automobile Federation at short notice or issue a confirmation so that the rental is still possible.

Of course, in the case of a confirmed error, we will arrange for a corrected version and send it to your address for a future trip in Japan at no additional cost.

It is important to us that all customers are satisfied. Therefore, please contact us directly so that we can fully clarify your request and find a solution.

Good communication. Significantly cheaper than other offers. Of course, it would be even cheaper to go directly to JAF, but you pay for this service here and can simply print out your driver's license yourself in the konbini on your first day in Japan. It's very easy and there are good instructions.

Great service, great contact. When I didn't respond to an email in time, I immediately received a Whatsapp! Very pleased. Translation took less than 48 hours, was probably extremely lucky with the day of the week!

Also had to have the code changed as there is only a FamilyMart and a Lawson outside the terminal at Haneda airport. Had previously selected 7-11.

Received everything within 10 months!

It was a dream that it all worked out so smoothly!
