Die allgemeinen Schlagworte, die abgefragt wurden, sind etwas schwierig in Zusammenhang mit der Vermittlertätigkeit zu setzen.
Das, was mir persönlich bei K-Recruiting besonders gefallen hat ist neben fachlicher Kompetenz vor allem das große Engagement und die Freundlichkeit, das die Recruiter, mit denen ich Kontakt hatte, gezeigt haben. Die Gespräche verliefen alle sehr angenehm und entspannt. Sehr positiv ist mir auch aufgefallen, dass man versucht hat, meine Vorstellungen bzgl. Arbeitzeit/Honorar/Anmerkungen zum Vertrag soweit möglich umzusetzen, sowie, dass nicht nur die Pflichten, sondern auch die Rechte eines Freelancers/Beraters im Vertrag sorgfältig formuliert wurden. Das alles ist bei vielen Agenturen nicht selbstverständlich.
