Lisa always gave me very valuable tips - no off-the-peg coaching phrases, but tailored to my individual problem. Her advice was always understandable and easy to put into practice, which was particularly important to me. Lisa has a great feel for asking the right questions to reflect on herself or the situation from a different perspective. All in all, working with Lisa is absolutely recommendable - always at eye level and close to people.

For me, Lisa is a warm, authentic and experienced person who inspires with her wealth of experience and invites you to rethink. The Academy on self-leadership really helped me to take a fresh look at myself and approach professional challenges and issues differently.
The contents of the Academy are not internalized after the 6 weeks - but still have an effect weeks later and change elementary things.

Originally, when the course was recommended to me by Lisa Hipp, I was skeptical. However, since the recommendation came from a trusted person, I went for it. During the first Zoom call, it became clear to me that Lisa values her work and truly wants to help others. Just the fact that she takes the time to have an initial conversation with everyone shows that quality over quantity.

The 6 weeks at Bliss Academie were an intense and fascinating journey for me to get to know myself better, to perceive myself with full attention as if I were listening intently to a friend. The course offers so much that each of us had the opportunity to work individually on our own issues. When we needed an external opinion, Lisa and the group were always there.

I wholeheartedly recommend the academy and Lisa herself. She is a respectful and attentive person. She manages to perceive each individual in the group while taking into account the dynamics of the group. She is structured and clear, but you can also feel her love for people and her empathy.

I am so glad and grateful that I took this step despite my skepticism, as it has really helped me move forward, not only professionally, but in all areas of my life. It has helped me to continue on my path with confidence and peace in my heart.

First, I completed the Working Bliss Academy with Lisa, which was groundbreaking for me both privately and professionally.
Since I was so enthusiastic about the way of teaching and the content, I subsequently decided to have a personal coaching. Again, Lisa always meets me at eye level and helps me to find my own way. I have the feeling that during her coaching the development takes place from within and thus a much deeper effect is achieved.
