Matthias Kauf gave a very good and informative online talk on CRM for our XING group "B2B Acquisition and Marketing via XING" in September 2021.
More than 30 people had registered in advance for the event "CRM - useful fun factor or a chore?!?" - and the participants were provided with a wealth of useful data, facts and tips. These ranged from important preliminary criteria for the choice of one's own CRM to classic mistakes made during acquisition to the reasons why a CRM is hardly used or not used at all in the company. Following his presentation, Matthias Kauf was also competently available for the subsequent questions and some participants additionally took advantage of his offer to exchange views on the subject of CRM with him once again in person.
CONCLUSION: I can absolutely recommend Matthias Kauf as a CRM expert, not only because of his expertise, but also because of his online lecture on customer relationship management.
