Hier wird Yoga mit Herzblut und Liebe unterrichtet! Das spürt man durch und durch. In dieser Wohlfühloase kann man sich richtig entspannen und loslassen. So schön, dass es das Namasté gibt. Zum Yoga machen komme ich nur noch hier her :-*

Habe im Namaste Studio meine Yogalehrer Ausbildung gemacht, es war eine richtig schön Zeit, durfte viel lernen.
Bona ist so ein unglaublich netter Mensch hab mich sehr wohlgefühlt.
Schade das ich so weit weg wohne und an den Kursangeboten nicht teilnehmen kann.

Ein wundervoller und liebevoll gestalteter Kraftplatz. Jede Stunde ist anders und kreativ. Es macht einfach sehr viel Freude da zu sein um danach entspannt, glücklich und manchmal auch ausgepowert nach Hause zu gehen. Ich kann das Namaste von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen ☺️☺️
