I discovered the studio by chance and arranged a trial training session. I received a very friendly welcome and was quickly given an appointment. After a comprehensive consultation and the trial training, I initially signed up for the smallest 'package' to see if it was right for me! ... Well, I then extended it by 18 months. I've been training for about 6 months now and look forward to my appointment every week. The trainers are very friendly and each one has their own special features, which I think is great. I also like the fact that the training sessions are personalized beforehand, e.g. training my back more today or taking some of the strain off my knees. Overall, I have the impression that my muscles have become stronger AND that I have significantly LESS BACK PAIN. I would particularly like to emphasize that you can really work out in 20 minutes. Of course, if you can find the time, etc., you can also do another balancing sport. As I am very busy at work, have little time and really appreciate the private atmosphere, EMS training is ideal for me at the moment and I am happy to recommend it to others!

I won a voucher and took advantage of a trial training. Nice studio, nice trainer, good advice. Just managed the 20 min training session and was already very much at the limit. Would not have thought that it comes close to a 1.5 hour workout. I highly recommend trial training, as it is a different dimension of a workout that you normally know.

Conclusion: It was really fun and only 20 min is enough, because the current intensity can be increased.
