Before buying my notebook, I was given comprehensive advice and cost-effective solutions were offered to my specific requirements. This was done via multiple email contacts within two days. Even after the purchase, I was not left alone with my self-inflicted problem, and I was helped further here as well. Since the effort for this was low, even free of charge! Very professional work. I was advised comprehensively and understandably regarding my request, but I was not talked into any unnecessary additions. The repair was carried out promptly within a few days as stated. With the overhauled PC, working is now much more pleasant and comfortable again. And all this at an unbeatable price-performance ratio. Thank you very much! I will gladly turn to the experts at Notebookpartners again in the future.

Used notebooks are usually B-goods (i.e. damaged or heavily worn).
However, only minimal signs of use can be seen on the T420!

I am simply satisfied. Especially for me as an unsuspecting user, Notebookpartner has been just great so far. Once my laptop purchased there became slower and slower over time. For a while I ignored it because I thought I was in for an expensive repair. But it was then fixed very quickly and easily. In the meantime I have so much trust in the company that I don't need to ask elsewhere. Gladly again and again.
