Good content, which is well explained and tested in the intermediate training sessions.
Partly very outdated kitchen planning and far too long practice exercises at the end of the course.
e.g. module 2, pages long picking out items, approx. 5 examples would also be sufficient, the training is aimed at adult people who should understand the basic principle.

The fact that we force participants at one point or another to deal with the little-loved subject of sales manuals is entirely intentional, because the topics "Understanding and using sales manuals and their structures", but also, for example, "Creating counter-offers to an existing offer from a market competitor", also play a major role in the daily work with your sales manuals in later professional practice.

I found the offer great and helpful. I also suggested your learning platform to my boss for the other/future colleagues.
What I did not find so great was that I did not have the full score in a few quizzes according to the platform, although that was the case (not saved correctly). I then tried the quiz on several devices but only after about 12 repetitions I finally "passed". Without "passed" you can't continue learning. Unfortunately it was very time consuming.

To make it come across more professionally, a complete review would be helpful - especially of a few answers in the knowledge checks that were taught differently in the course before, but also spelling wise it comes across more professionally if it is correct.

For me as a career changer, the course was very informative and useful. However, the presentation could be revised a bit and made more modern, as there were a few errors.

Great experience, very good especially for the beginning. Some tasks should be looked over again. Not all are optimally placed or correctly placed. But for me rather form things. Purely in terms of content a really good thing.
I'm not normally an exam person but here they take care of you personally until the end and create a good atmosphere.
