Meine Erwartungen an das Seminar wurden übertroffen und ich bin rundum zufrieden. Trotz meines Vorwissenes im Bereich OKR konnte ich unheimlich viel neues Lernen vor allem was die Umsetzung und richtige Formulierung von OKRs angeht. In die Theorie der OKR Methode kann man sich gut selber einarbeiten, aber um OKR wirklich zu leben und letztendlich umsetzen zu können, ist eine professionelle Schulung sehr hilfreich. Dass das Seminar aufgrund von Corona Online stattgefunden hat war kein Problem. Im Gegenteil: das virtuelle Zusammenarbeiten auch mit anderen Kursteilnehmern klappte reibungslos.
I found the feedback form not particularly suitable for feedback on a short sales talk in which curiosity was to be aroused on a new topic ... Mr. Obogeanu-Hempel has without doubt great competence and experience in the field of OKR but after a sales talk / presentation to create such detailed assessments I feel rather difficult. Especially since the evaluation is much more negative because there was no learning curve, no interactions, no problem solving etc.. Therefore, I would like to hear more from Mr. Obogeanu-Hempel, but then in his 2-day training or other situations.
Erno hat uns super durch den Workshop begleitet und schafft es nicht nur die Thematik klar und verständlich zu transportieren, sondern auch noch die Begeisterung und das Engagement der Teilnehmenden zu fördern. Das Ergebnis war klasse!
