The item arrived intact - despite absolutely inadequate packaging (unfortunately I was unable to attach photos to this review). However, the pet travel bag was one centimeter higher than stated and therefore unusable for the flight with Eurowings. I would have had to pay the relatively high cost of returning the bag myself, which I didn't realize when I bought it (and I didn't care, because if it had been as described, I would never have returned it). So I kept the bag in the hope that I could use it elsewhere, but I can't recommend buying it.

The buggy I ordered was not immediately available and I needed it urgently. Mrs. Giebels informed me immediately about the possible delivery date and also offered me an uncomplicated way to cancel the purchase. My desired delivery date was then reliably met and the buggy arrived on the desired day. I am extremely satisfied with the buggy (now tried and tested off-road and in the snow!) and of course also with the communication and handling by Hundekrone. Gladly again!

I have bought the dog buggy

Stroller because one of my dogs had an operation and was not allowed to walk. Unfortunately, delivery was a little delayed, but the stroller arrived in time for the operation. It is super nice and all three of my little ones fit in it perfectly and have enough space. It has a great finish and is incredibly easy to push thanks to the large wheels and can be easily folded up again with a click. I can recommend it with a clear conscience. 😃
