The lecture was very informative and helpful: It was well organized and structured - in my opinion all relevant areas were addressed. The recommendations were concrete and realistic/realizable, oriented to practical life - there were no "dogmatic" narrow views. Very nice also the reference to a "positive mindset".
The atmosphere was very positive and appreciative.

I am already implementing many of the suggestions, so it was a confirmation of my path, but also connected with the knowledge that I am on the right track and that I can incorporate further suggestions for implementation in my program.
To the somewhat critical statement during the lecture of a participant on the subject of alternative practitioners: There is certainly a connection between physique and psyche, open is how large it is under consideration of the individual range. Those who believe in sugar pellets may be able to make a difference with their belief, the pellet certainly does not. But probably the greater contribution to the healing success is the fact of the detailed personal conversation.

Ralf gave my team health tips for the home office. He had prepared professionally and responded wonderfully to questions. We all took away a lot.

Ralf Gabler knows what he is talking about. And he only speaks after he has listened carefully. The person standing in front of him is important to him and this can be felt. He leads the anamnesis with goal-oriented questions and clarifies the focus exactly. He also clarifies the goal behind the goal and uncovers the real issues. He gives helpful tips, clear support, recommendations and he follows up in a very appreciative way whether the commitment is also kept. At no time does he lose focus and thus supports me in a beneficial way to work on what I can say today: My energy has increased, my strength has improved, my body definition has been optimized, my discomfort has been reduced - all for a physically better way of life that impacts my overall quality of life in a positive way.
He knows the needs of his target group very well and always has his finger on the pulse, both scientifically and methodically. THANK YOU for everything, dear Ralf. I can only recommend you to every person who wishes to have a better quality of life.
