In my business coaching sessions, we always use coaching processes selected by Robert for my situation. I quickly learned what Robert means by values and goals. Robert is incredibly authentic in what and how he responds to me. With this experience, for example, I found out for myself what I was doing and why when it came to changing my behavior. It helped me to find out for myself what I could do differently. We will see each other again at our next coaching session, where Robert will be at my side as a sparring partner with his incredibly calm, understanding manner and patience.
