The score I gave Sina is a result of the questions under the stars, which I answered conscientiously and honestly. I am 100% satisfied with the service that Sina has provided me. She is always available, provides solutions, assistance and advice that is completely focused on me. No matter what issue I came with, she always showed me a way to go/apply to be able to solve my problems and outdated ways of thinking (also in the future). She motivates and speaks at eye level with her clients. In addition to the valuable, free content she provides on Instagram, I am able to keep in touch with Sina even after the collaboration is over. I have grown so incredibly in such a short time and have done so much faster thanks to Sina than I would have without her as a mentor. I could give several more examples, but that is beyond the scope.
In short: Your academy and the live calls offer a holistic all-round package that I can only recommend to everyone. I will continue to work with Sina in the future.

Actually, I "only" wanted to lose weight and become more active with Sina's help. The only thing I have managed to do is lose weight. But that is 100% OK, because I have accomplished two much more important things: Clarity and establishing habits.
I faced important decisions in my life and thanks to Sina, I made them and have no doubts that they were wrong.
And I can now lose weight and exercise regularly again easily and on my own with the tools that were given to me in a sustainable way.
Sina is also not afraid to change paths taken and adapts recommendations indivuduell.

Sina is my personal and professional highlight of 2021 so far - THANK YOU for that!
Open, trusting conversations, smart questions that let you know yourself, no you have to do so and so, absolute feel-good atmosphere, but no flower dance, but a focused training based on your life and current experiences.
Sina has helped me, without knowing it (but recognizing it) in a very crucial phase, I feel better today, act smarter, act more consciously.

With Sina, the necessary energy and thus momentum came back into my life. As I find out during the training I was (superficially) only looking for weight reduction. Here Sina offers with a great coaching in the area of nutrition and sports a solid foundation for a successful implementation. Especially in the area of energy level, stress resistance and self-awareness Sina has shown me many doors. Especially impressive how the whole thing worked remotely in Corona times.

Thanks to Sina, I was able to get my back pain under control in a very short time, which no one had ever done before. She has dealt with me and my body and worked out a workout that was adapted to my symptoms and has brought me strength in the neglected areas.
I am very grateful to her for this.
A wonderful addition was the strengthening of my self-confidence within the framework of her program, because one was always given a new view of oneself.
For me, there is a clear recommendation, because even I am going through a new round with Sina, in which she keeps me fit and flexible during my pregnancy.

I've been dealing with diets and the yo-yo effect since I was a teenager. Sina is the first with whom I have the feeling you are actually interested in my concern and not just for the coal. Coaching with Sina is certainly one of the best ways to improve your physical fitness and increase your mental strength. She accurately analyzes the initial situation and adapts her very good program according to individual needs. For me personally it was very successful. If you are willing to be open to it and follow the advice, plans and homework, then you have a complete package, which also offers a solution in a deadlocked situation. Thanks to Sina, you can achieve things that you would never have thought possible for yourself. She really has a great way of motivating. Through regular training, we definitely have a better body and life feeling.
It is also brilliant that she can adapt all exercises to the current condition due to her qualification.
For example, she rebuilt my shoulder extremely quickly after surgery. She is really good!

Sina helps quickly, straightforwardly, constructively and highly professionally. The applied training program is understandable and plausible even for laymen. She has individual training programs for everyone and supports the personal implementation. The Happy-Masterclass is designed online. Participation is possible from home or work without any problems. The group calls and trainings are fun and a great experience. The individual workouts, like the group workouts, are tailored to personal performance. The nutrition plan is also personalized and easy to implement. The results such as weight loss, increase in fitness and improvement in general well-being are quick and constant. I received information and tools to independently change my behavior and incorporate it into my everyday life. Most importantly, it is really fun and enjoyable. Yes, I recommend Sina to others.
