Wow, as a psychologist I am thrilled by the way the content is conveyed. I got great insights into the sales process from different perspectives and on psychological level what changed my behavior in the daily business. And I was taught lot of things which I could implement immediately in my conversations.
I would have liked to be better picked up and better involved. We all hope for laissez faire in the working world, but practice shows that this cannot be taken for granted. Results want to be worked out, participants are encouraged more often than one might think. If training is more active here in the future, there will certainly be a recommendation from me.
