We obtained several price estimates from brokers for the apartment for sale in Quickborn. Teammakler was confident of a price between 10% and 20% higher in comparison, and credibly argued for it, so that they won the bid. Within less than four weeks on the market, they actually exceeded the sales price they had promised. They were highly professional and customer-oriented, which is not a matter of course for real estate agents. Clear recommendation!

From the beginning, everything was perfectly organized. A beautiful, informative exposé and a 360-degree online tour was already ready, which provided a good overview of the property. During the visit you could also ask very detailed questions, which were answered quickly, professionally and honestly. I felt very safe and well accompanied by the professional team of Teammakler. From the viewing to the notary appointment passed about 3 weeks / very quickly and easily. There were very clear rules during the application process. Very important that I worked all the time with the very nice team. My tasks were really minimized. I highly recommend this team of realtors.
