Eine Auszeit die für mich genau zum richtigen Zeitpunkt kam. Eine tolle Erfahrung für mich wie eine Auszeit in den Bergen mit guten Impulsen dafür gesorgt hat anders über dinge nachzudenken.

Who of us, especially the executives among us, actually manages to take some "time out"?
After several attempts, I finally managed it and can highly recommend the format "time out in the mountains". The organization, the thematic structure, the reflection of the experienced and the "what do I take away now, for me personally" is absolutely professional in planning and execution. Especially Thomas Vogler, who leads the group as an experienced and emphatic trainer and coach, provides important impulses to rethink and reevaluate situations and contexts. An important experience for me to readjust my "inner compass".

I experienced a very appealing and intensive week in the Zillertal Alps with Thomas Vogler. Both the individual hikes and the daily impulses were very well prepared and were carried out very professionally. Mr. Vogler managed to lead the group well, but also gave the group enough space for their own impulses.
The wonderful nature helped to concentrate on the essentials and to fade out the everyday life completely. The prepared hikes were very varied and also challenging, but well manageable by the group. The daily hour-long hikes provided plenty of time for conversations in the group, but also for intensive individual discussions. The care was very good.
I would participate in a time out in the mountains again at any time.

With the mountain retreat Thomas offers a great time out for everyone who is looking for a break from their everyday life, from their hamster wheel, worries and problems to recharge their batteries. Through the well-thought-out concept and the great organization, you immediately felt comfortable in the group, in a harmonious togetherness and also have time for yourself. Not only through the selection of the great tours but also through his pleasant, calm and level-headed manner, Thomas contributed to the fact that the time was very enriching for me and still has a lasting effect. Open to a time out in the mountains, in a group and under guidance, I got involved, initially skeptical. From the beginning, however, I was pleasantly surprised at how naturally and routinely the daily routines worked. Due to the very good organization and planning of the hiking tours, unforgettable and for all pleasant days became from it. Mr. Thomas Vogler, with his calm and unobtrusive manner, kept an eye on all participants and thus created a pleasant atmosphere in the group. I remember this time with pleasure and can recommend it 100%.

When hiking and climbing in the mountains you dive into another world. You are a little closer to heaven. It is indeed like that. You notice that, and then it's important that you absolutely get involved in it. Thomas Vogler supports this in a pleasant way through conversations, impulses to reflect, to "go into oneself" on the tours and in the exchange in the evening. Such a week in the Alps brings you to other thoughts, shows you other ways. Experience border areas, with the feeling afterwards: "Man, I've done that!" The dynamic in the group of like-minded people takes you along, gives you the strength to get through weak phases. Thank you for this great week.

Participating in a week-long tour in the Alps, and this in a group, was for me an experience of a special kind. Mountain tours together, climbing peaks together. Talking together, but also taking time out and breaks to reflect. Especially the mountains offer a good framework for this. I was able to experience an extremely interesting week, thanks to the pleasant manner of Mr. Vogler and his top organized tour.
