Recommendation
The stress coaching at aha Coaching was a real game changer for me and I would do it again every time. I felt in great hands with Anita. In addition, she was always available very quickly and I felt very comfortable in her on-site facilities. In addition, the coaching also took place 1-2 times online, which was great when it could not be done in presence for personal reasons.

A strong restlessness in connection with an anxiety disorder led me to Ms. Hampel, aha Coaching. Ms. Hampel took care of my problem very sensitively and, from my point of view, with a lot of experience. She was able to help me with individual solutions, so that I can now live with much more peace and relaxation. Thank you very much.

I turned to Anita when I was going through a difficult phase that was putting a lot of stress on me both personally and professionally. I personally found it difficult to ask for support, but Anita, with her open and empathetic manner, eased any concerns I had. Week by week, little by little, she managed to take away the stress and pressure I was putting myself under.
She was a great support for me during this time and with her calm manner and coaching she made me reflect myself and learn a lot about myself. I think I have taken a lot with me and will deal with stress a little differently in the future.
I can only highly recommend Anita.

Anita Hampel helped me very well in a difficult professional and private life situation. For years, various circumstances in my life had accumulated and Anita Hampel helped me professionally, very emphatically and in a structured way. The conversations with her were very valuable for me and helped me to see many things from a different perspective and to finally initiate change processes that were and are important and right for me. Through her emphatic, human, appreciative and open manner, I always felt very comfortable during the coaching and was able to open up and communicate my fears and concerns. The coaching helped me very well and gave me strength and courage to finally change things in my life that were long overdue or that I had suppressed for years. Thank you Anita Hampel. I have already received several life coaching sessions from Ms. Hampel and have had rapid positive changes each time. Whether physical ailments or unexplained emotions, I always feel a relief and usually a complete resolution of my problem. For me, Ms. Hampel is very competent, empathetic and has a good intuition. I can only recommend her to everyone. What is also practical is that it also works very well via videochat.
