I participated in the digital postpartum course.
I did a new block every week (about 4-5 times a week) and it was a lot of fun.
I really liked the fact that the blocks are varied.
I found it very important and good that the exercises are shown in an understandable way and that it is always explained what to pay attention to.
I think that you can't do the exercises wrong.

I can also feel an improvement after the course and get back into my hobby sport.
The exercises have strengthened so much that I now also pay a lot of attention to my pelvic floor in everyday life and during sports.

For me personally, the digital course option (not live) was the best option.
This way I was very flexible besides my job and kids.
I was free to choose when I had time for the exercises and I could also interrupt them if necessary.

The breastfeeding pillow made of natural materials is the best I've ever had. No annoying crackling or rustling and much softer than traditional nursing pillows. Customer service was really customer friendly when I had an initial problem with the pillow. Absolutely recommend.

I already have one child and wanted a refresher for the 2nd birth without going to a childbirth class in the city right away.

This course is very good for that. The exercises are also a great addition.
