Thank you for your feedback Katrin. Just try again. You will definitely pass the "test" too. Because the real test is how often you try and DO it ;-) As with all other BRAINKINETIK® exercises. Stick with it and just do it again and again.

Oliver Rehbach's expert qualification has brought me step by step to my goal and now I am self-employed full-time with a clear head, which was unthinkable a year ago, but true to the motto "Just do it", Oliver has accompanied me perfectly as a mentor and now I do what I can do professionally and what I personally enjoy. BRAINKINETIK delivers what it promises - from "relatively simple" movements, new movement patterns arise due to the combinations, which promote and challenge the body and brain. This definitely results in a benefit in everyday life, especially in terms of stress resistance. I was able to experience this several times and was always grateful, as the owner of a small company, to be able to ship it through the last three, not so easy, years with a calm and clear mind.

Structure of the course very well thought out. Competent team of trainers. Made fun.
I am very impressed with BRAINKINETIK itself. How small to large positive changes occur with well thought-out exercise sequences. In particular, concentration and the associated increased self-confidence have been noticeable for me personally.
