I very much appreciate the personal commitment of Ms. Schmitt. She advised us very well and was always available. Nevertheless, despite intensive efforts on the part of Ms. Schmitt, it was not possible to find short-term replacements for caregivers who dropped out to ensure continuous and reliable care. This happened twice and put a lot of strain on the family.

We were particularly satisfied with the commitment and dedication of Ms. Heike Schmitt.
She was always available for us, even outside business hours. We owe the quick and qualified procurement of a nurse corresponding to our ideas to her in particular.

Ms. Schäfer has very good expertise in the field of nursing. Ms. Schäfer is very reliable and very helpful.
In addition, she is always available and calls back promptly.

I was very well advised in everything. I'm thrilled how hard they are to find a suitable force and how they then also instruct them. This time we were finally lucky with the Argentur. With other Argenturen nothing has worked... only the purest chaos. Hopefully it remains so good and we continue to have so much luck with the 24 hour forces! Thank you very much!
