This is the second time I have been a customer of Brinkmanns and both times my requests came at short notice, but both times I received a carer for my mother on the agreed date who met the exact requirements specified in the application form.

Sensitive competent advice. Everything worked out great.

I was recommended Ms. Schneider by Brinkmann Pflegevermittlung in a very precarious situation - my mother was to be discharged from the hospital on Monday and the care agency of the booked 24-hour care cancelled on Friday at noon.

Ms. Schneider listened to my problem and said she would briefly check if she could do something for me and after only a few minutes told me that she had a 24-hour caregiver for me for Tuesday of next week.

That same evening I received the lady's resume and on Tuesday she was actually there!

All in all, the coincidence of coming across this care agency was a real stroke of luck for my mother.and me.
