Chris impressed me with his enormous power, his HR experience, his methods and a lot of heart. Topics such as human design and value analysis were particularly crucial for me and helped me to get to know myself even better. As I was at a point where I didn't know exactly how my professional journey would continue, the great career coaching made it clear to me which steps are important for me in the future. In conclusion, I can once again say that Chris helped me with lots of tips and tricks, a wealth of experience in the field of human resources, HEART and his huge network. Thanks to Chris, I now stand out from the crowd with my application documents and at the interview. I was previously in another job coaching program. I can therefore say that Chris helped me MUCH more in 2 hours than the other job coach did in 26 hours!

It was amazing! On 15.07.23 I had the pleasure of meeting Chris and his L-M-A-A method at the European Speaker Adward 2023 in Stuttgart. He captivated the audience from the very first minute. His personal story was a very ingenious way of creating a bridge to this method. We were not surprised that he came 2nd overall and won the Charisma Award.
