My assistant is available by phone and email Monday through Thursday and will handle your inquiries promptly. I am informed of important matters directly. The fact that your loan application took so long was partly due to the bank's processing times and the summer vacations. However, my team and I have always kept you informed about the current status of the processing and have been very committed to you at the bank.
However, we take your criticism very seriously and will continue to work on our customer satisfaction.

wanted to buy a house and wanted independent advice. so far everything worked out but the bank took so long that the house was then gone. now we are prepared. next time we buy a house we will try again, if it works out then mr. lemke will also get a better rating.
