Mr. Grau is very sympathetic and not pushy. He gives competent advice about the desired product. He gives a brief indication of other products, but has a good feel for whether further advice is desired at all. With Mr. Grau one feels in good hands and does not have the feeling that he only wants to conclude contracts. Mr. Grau has a friendly, open manner with just the right amount of restraint and seriousness towards his customers.
