Although I had a slight premonition, the test results were still overwhelming for me. The coaching enabled me to make considerable progress in the areas of breathing, partnership and personal development. I'm really impressed by how much our whole group has improved as a result of the training. When I look at where I was before and where I am now, it's a huge difference. It's all there in black and white thanks to the online test. I noticed great results after just 10 weeks - I didn't think it would be so effective. Above all, meditating regularly has made me feel something with myself and it has moved me emotionally. I have become a different person and I can and will now pass on this knowledge as my achievement. It fulfills me.

My personal development has always been a central concern for me, which has led me to focus intensively on personal development, including analyzing my strengths and weaknesses. The decision to start training as a coach came from a desire to understand myself better and to consider self-employment. I was particularly impressed by the realization of how basic daily practices - such as proper breathing, eating and focusing on the here and now - can have immense power. The clear structure with 6 energy boosters and 7 keys to success was really clear but I didn't know this before or wasn't aware of it to the same extent. Then the really simple application in small steps without having to make any major changes. These experiences far exceeded my expectations. I have experienced first-hand how profound such changes can be, and therefore I highly recommend Peter's courses or training. Christine

In the past, I often just lived for the day, sometimes with only a simple to-do list to guide me. However, my training as a vitality coach has taught me to plan ahead and focus on my goals. I also got to know the app, which is a great help. This new awareness of my own wishes and ambitions ultimately led to a job change, a decision I struggled with for a long time. Once I had taken this step, I felt a deep sense of satisfaction. I am now extremely happy with the new direction my life has taken.

I was immediately impressed by the concept thanks to its uncomplicated approach. It radiates a clarity that shows that it is based on personal experience and has not just been compiled from books. The exercises can be easily integrated into everyday life.

I use them all the time: when waiting at traffic lights, in the elevator, in moments when I feel my stress levels rising, or even when queuing at the checkout. In the past, these little breaks just slipped away, but now I turn them into opportunities to recharge myself with new energy and zest for life. The method is basically simple, because all the power is already within me. Vitality Management from Vienna constantly reminds me of this and has given me a completely new quality of life. The online test offers a contemporary way to analyze my current life situation. By using scientific findings, we developed a goal and a success plan together. My main goal was to regenerate and replenish my energy reserves. It's a real blessing to finally be able to look after myself! Although many people are aware of this somewhere, I was unable to put it into practice without support.
