No matter what was on our minds or if we needed something, she was always immediately active and knew how to help us directly!
Her open and caring nature immediately came across to us and we immediately felt at ease!

We were looked after by Ms. Hocaku and Mr. Bliesner. Professional advice! The support was above average! They were always available for us, from the initial consultation to the implementation and, of course, the completion of the purchase.
Problems that arose were addressed and, if they could be solved, they were implemented with all energy and assertiveness, regardless of the contact person (mayor, specialist lawyers, building authority, etc.).
Both agents always had the goal in mind of selling the property in our interest and were characterized by their courtesy, their strength of will, their expertise and their tirelessness not to give up!!!!

I had to sell a house 500km away. I immediately had confidence in von Poll and Mr. Knieper and Ms. Behljulji, they are NOT estate agents of the "open and show, cash in" type. A professional value analysis was prepared, professionally advertised, numerous viewings carried out and much much more. A long-distance sale was child's play for me with this professional team. The household clearance was professionally organized. There were never any "can't do" or "we won't do it", but always very friendly and prompt solutions.
And I am very satisfied with the purchase price achieved!
Dear Ms. Behljulji, dear Mr. Knieper, you made it easy for a difficult customer with your professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you very much!

She was always there for us, simply reliable and obliging.
Ms. Köning never tried to persuade us to do anything.
She was very loyal to us, but also to the buyers.
Without exaggerating, we would give her 10 out of 10 points in a points system.
We would recommend the von Poll company without reservation!

We are more than satisfied with the service in terms of advice and mediation. Ms. Hocaku and Mr. Bliesener were always available for us from the very first viewing and were there to help and advise us. We never had the feeling that we were being left alone and could reach them at any time of the day or night if we had any questions. So the service is exactly what you want when buying a house!
