Ms. Diekow responds individually to me as a person, manages to find "the core of the matter" & transforms fields of action into solution fields. Sigrid is really interested in helping her clients and accompanying them on their way! There is no 08/15 seminar with her. There were individual tips and suggestions for each of us participants.
My special thanks go to Sigrid for her flexibility in changing the resilience training in Corona times to a high-quality and super-good online meeting. Even over the internet, Sigrid's personality created a group feeling and empathic coaching.

I enjoyed the workshop very much because I received many new suggestions, assistance and tips for my daily work / daily routine / planning and stress prevention. The seminar flourishing instead of burning out is absolutely recommendable, because Mrs. Diekow has led very empathetically in great working atmosphere and with good method variety by the Zurich model. In her lectures, Ms. Diekow conveys the topics in a very understandable and autentic way or with a lot of personal experience and through a warm and cordial manner - she speaks from the soul.
Even if many things sound somehow self-evident, she succeeds in making you look at yourself and certain topics through a different lens and many things appear clearer. The lecture "Living, Loving, Laughing" was an enrichment and motivation to keep turning the screws on things I already know.
For me, it was a new "getting in tune" and back on the right track through her openness, warmth and charm.
I am looking forward to the next event. You have won an enthusiastic new customer.

I was able to experience Sigrid Diekow at the beginning of September at a self-management seminar in individual coaching on Föhr. Not only the location with sea and island atmosphere was excellently chosen, but - and this is especially important to me - Sigi as a person is really an asset. She takes time to get to know her counterpart, listens attentively and responds very professionally and appreciatively to the iniviual situation and needs of her clients. I have found the format used, including personality analysis, to be extremely helpful and purposeful. Sigi is also available as a supportive contact partner after the actual appointment. I have enthusiastically recommended Ms. Diekow to others. Thank you very much for the wonderful and enlightening time.
