We were very happy with the trainer. Manuela is simply great, she explained everything well and the course was great fun with her. Our daughter enjoyed it.
Florian responds well to each child and often everyone gets their own program. Unfortunately, the children are very heterogeneous in terms of age, so that many programs are played at the same time and the group can be used very little. I think the lessons would benefit from a more limited age range.
All in all, however, I am very satisfied and our child has looked forward to it every week, which is probably the best testimony.
A swimming course whose content is NOT to teach children how to swim. The title of the course is misleading, it should rather be called splashing course or diving course. Because no child could swim afterwards. To charge over €100 for this "swimming course" is absolutely cheeky. This was our 4th course at Freizeitbad Ried but definitely our last.
Statements like "there are 5 children and I can't respond to them individually" just piss me off. There were 5!!!! children, so you can certainly respond to them individually. My daughter did her first swimming course in the summer. There were between 15-20 children and she could pretty much swim afterwards. I then thought it would be a good idea to consolidate what she had learned. Between the two swimming courses (August and September) we managed to get our daughter swimming on her own. At the age of 4! We were actually told that she was too young for the course. Nevertheless, she was the only one who could swim right from the start. Even at the end she was the only one of ten! I would honestly like my money back.
A more detailed description of the course content would be good. So previous knowledge and course objectives. Especially as there seems to be a beginners' swimming course and an advanced course. Otherwise we would probably have done the advanced course straight away. But it was a lot of fun and Florian was really helpful. So we are satisfied :-)
Christiane is a great swimming instructor. The kids feel comfortable in the course, she teaches swimming practice in a child-friendly way. Helps the kids clearly and competently to jump over their own shadow!
The kids are in good hands with Christiane.
