NEMO Bade-, Sauna- & Wellnesswelt Magdeburg

I went back to Nemo today after 20 years with my family (children 1 and 3 years old). We were very positively surprised about the family friendliness. From the family changing rooms, to the changing area with playpen and painting corner. The paddling pool with the slide is great. Furthermore, it is positive to mention that there are enough seating options (even baby travel cots to sleep for the little ones). A changing area and a children's toilet are also quickly accessible. A great concept where really thought was given. We will be happy to come back.

Sauna area unsuitable for children. They are not welcome. Not even from other guests. This is also expressed in the fact that we had to pay the full overpriced price for poor services for our 4 year old daughter. Very important to mention here are the narrow gastronomic offers and the small number of different saunas.

Was totally dissatisfied, because you are already received unfriendly at the entrance and the catering is much too expensive and primitive. So for a swimming pool in the country capital it leaves a lot to be desired. And 10.50 euros for a 5 year old child who is a little larger than normal for his age, I find too expensive for just 2 hours ....sorry...it is!!!

Expensive bath in cold water. Were disappointed as a family. Nowhere on the net is it and yet full admission prices are collected.

On pre-booked tickets that can not be redeemed due to various circumstances, there is no possibility of replacement in the form of a voucher ect.pp .
Sad that one is so uncooparativ in the today's time. One pays expensive entrance fees and gets no possibility to return the unused tickets.

So whether you really have to go there again.

Big praise to Nadine in the sauna area, which has made the infusions to the evening really wonderful and incidentally the complete sauna area has thrown alone! 😊👍 Very professional attitude towards the guests, very friendly and attentive and on top of that really, really well off, especially compared to the men 😉😉✌️

Our son has learned to swim and completed his first badge Seahorse in Nemo... I can only recommend this swimming course... swimming instructor Felix is just great, just like Paula! Keep it up soooo!!! You can only recommend 😍💪🏻

I was here again today after 20 years and was very pleasantly surprised. Nothing to complain about... Well maybe but... my motorcycle helmet did not fit in the locker ;) but that was to get over. In the bathroom there are compartments, but they are not lockable. All in all 5 stars from me. Keep up the good work !

it opens at 12Uhr and only one cashier is occupied??? 30min I am still standing in line

It was a very nice bathing day. Our grandson was very happy. Very friendly and helpful staff. If you have any questions or problems, someone is always there to help.

Simply horrible what we experienced today in the Nemo. The price is simply in no Leistungsverhälltniss.
Corona rules? Do not apply there. Decency? What is that.
Lifeguards stand in one spot and watch people jump from the edge of the pool. Dirty shower rooms, broken tiles on the walls and floors.
The lockers for changing cannot be closed (they open on their own).
The lockers where you can lock your private things are simply broken.
What I found the worst was directly upon arrival. For such a large spa, there are simply too few parking options available. The upper parking deck is completely closed because it could collapse. That's what we were told when we asked at the entrance. The lower parking deck was mercilessly overcrowded. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SEE THE INSIDE OF THIS BATHROOM. I cannot recommend it to anyone.
If I had to give stars on a scale of 1-10 where 1 means bad I would give it a 0.

The service staff was, except for a young man in the bathroom, very reserved and bad-tempered. Extremely noticed a very stressed and unfriendly lady about mid-50s, brunette at the cash register which served the customers arrogantly and from above.
Most annoyed us that the information on the Internet page, which moved us to the arrival, was not correct and even when we showed the information you claimed the times would not be on the Internet page, although a look at our phone would have taught you something better.
The bathroom is nice, but absolutely overpriced and the service is not in any healthy proportion to the prices charged. Unfortunately, this experience was confirmed to us by friends with whom we talked about it afterwards, in connection with discount stamps from the daily newspaper, which were then not recognized.

We wanted to visit the bath on a vacation day with our son. At the cash desk we waited for the attention of one of the two employees. Each of them was rummaging around. Although we were the only potential guests at that moment, neither of the two ladies gave us a glance. When we asked if the bathroom was full, we received a bored yes. Since we wanted to know when someone would be admitted again, we were answered that they could not know that, because customers with online booking would have priority anyway. We then saw online in ticket sales that there were still tickets available for the day. Because we wanted to know before buying whether we would have to wait with the online ticket on still, we asked. The snippy answer was that there were no more tickets at all and that we should try it quietly... Despite our son's great disappointment, we decided not to buy the tickets. I'm curious how long the bath can hold with this extreme customer unfriendliness.
