Holger Ruscheweyh is open, sympathetic, emphatic and above all, what I personally liked very much - clear, understandable and realistic. The personal and individual coaching sessions were the right investment in my use case.

He knows how to adapt to his counterpart in such a way that you create exactly the common basis you need to work together effectively and in a solution-oriented way to achieve good results that can then be applied afterwards. The jointly developed results have thus borne their positive fruit even after the coaching!

I can only recommend Mr. Ruscheweyh as a coach!

Holger Ruscheweyh is a sympathetic and consistently empathetic trainer. Individual solution suggestions are integrated into the group and the group training goal is also achieved in the process.
He conveys the training content with practical, applicable examples.

Two days of training have passed very quickly and I am now applying the content with the first positive feedback.

Communicate effectively - get ahead together" - highly recommended seminar. Holger was able to convey the contents very well with his friendly and pleasant manner. Due to the varied design (group work, role plays, etc.) the seminar was very entertaining and effective.

Holger is highly recommended! I was allowed to participate in the online seminar "Difficult Conversations" with him. With his friendly, open and pleasant manner, he brought the contents of the seminar closer to me in an entertaining, exciting and informative way with the help of various options such as break-outs, case studies, role plays, presentations, etc.. I will definitely be able to put much of it into practice - something that was often not so easily possible in other seminars.

I was allowed to get to know Holger in a seminar "Difficult Conversations". He not only conveyed the training content competently, but also in an extremely pleasant manner. In doing so, he succeeded in picking up all participants - regardless of their personal level of knowledge. The seminar offers the opportunity to deal with one's own personality as well as the personality of potential interview partners in order to subsequently ensure optimal interview preparation. Furthermore, the seminar contents are not only applicable in difficult conversations, but also valuable in "normal" conversation situations. 100% recommendation - especially because of the trainer!

After our team had to develop new technical means of communication during the lockdown phases and was quite good at it, personal communication - without intention - fell by the wayside.
Through the workshop, we "got back into the conversation" and were sensitized to how we can better shape our personal togetherness by getting to know ourselves and our team members from a completely different perspective.
I am looking forward to the second part, with further tips for a harmonious cooperation.

After a long period of office abstinence and exclusive contact with colleagues by phone, email and video conference, due to the Corona pandemic, our team workshop with Holger was a successful prelude back into more presence and into a "we-feeling". He quickly succeeded in taking us on "the journey" and you immediately noticed that he stands for what he says and has many years of experience in it. I am still impressed by the insights in the team as well as to myself and think that this will influence us sustainably and positively in our cooperation. I am looking forward to continuing and deepening the insights in a 2nd workshop.
