Super addition to my other sports. Although I'm very fit, I'm surprised that I get sore muscles so often. From this I can see that completely different muscles are trained. Therefore, it is a good addition to other sports.

I've only been a customer of the studio for 6 months, but these 6 months are longer than in all other fitness studios where I've been so far. And at least I'm finally using my membership and not just a years-long deadbeat. Every week I always have my standing appointment with one of the three personal trainers. This creates a certain organization in my discipline, which I find really very good! Also, I have seen through the measurement appointments in the studio that I have black on white I 6 Moanten 3 kilos of muscle mass gained and almost 3.5 kilos of fat mass lost. This is mE a very good result, Igor, the owner, has also confirmed again.

In short, great service, you feel very well taken care of, the trainers always respond to individual needs.

Only one PO point deduction because of the rather high price, but in the end you get a full personal training with all the training technology. I think it's hard that you could sell this much cheaper than Bodystreet does it mom. But of course, is rather what is intended for a well-heeled class.

Also, the guys have once in the six months a date of me verschwitzt, therefore also there a star deduction, but ok, I'm also mostly reczt hard in my reviews but that must be mentioned halt also. But this is fortunately only once occurred and since I have complained about it, never again, so all good.

Super clean, personable and professional. Will definitely stay with it. especially for working mothers absolutely recommended.

The consultation began bumpy by mail and on site I felt directly uncomfortable, there are better options in Kelkheim. And about the praised parking spaces, it should be mentioned that it is a normal row of parking on the street and that at certain times of the day are very busy. I had to park at the train station. These price quotes kind of remind me of a furniture store. At least I didn't feel like I was quoted a realistic price. When comparing the other EMS providers in Kelkheim, I was shown more transparency and some price stability. I also find the storefront somewhat indiscreet. Nothing for me, especially since no atmosphere arose from the beginning.

Very nice and competent trainer team. It is a lot of fun to train and the exercises are explained great and the posture is corrected directly so that the exercises are performed correctly. The studio is super clean and perfectly connected, parking right outside the door. It is highly recommended!
