I was particularly pleased with the detailed contact meeting. Mr. Feldmann answered my questions and explained everything about EMS training. The team is always friendly and attentive, so that the training is fun and I feel well looked after and very comfortable at Bodystreet in Hofheim. The nice thing is also that the training success was not long in coming. What I also like very much is that this training is suitable for all age groups and that I always get to know new training partners and that this training community grows. I wish Igor and his team continued success with Bodystreet in Hofheim.

I have little time during the week and I'm usually busy on the weekends as well. That's why I use EMS as a supplement. The training is fun and, in my subjective opinion, just as strenuous for 20 minutes as an hour in a normal gym.
Since the training is always supervised, it is equal to a personal trainer, which relativizes the relatively high price.
The app for making appointments is good. It is simple and fast. If the overview of one's own training is added soon, that would be a real added value, at least for one's own ego.
The studio itself is very clean and well equipped. It's a family environment and I feel well taken care of.

Lisa and Igor are both very nice and good trainers who respond to individual needs. It's a lot of fun and you can also laugh during training despite the effort 😉. I can only recommend it. So sport is fun!

Great, motivating team - it's fun to press 1x a week in the ''"sausage pellet"'' to let the Hüftgold-Röllchen melt and incidentally disappear the back pain.! Well invested money, especially when I think back to my years as a fitness club-participant...
