In many companies, new methods are constantly being tried out - without fundamentally changing the culture.
As an organizational consultant and coach, I've heard this many times in the 21 years I've been doing this job:

They need resilience, mindfulness - and agility.

I was particularly curious! It is literally, actually just magical! The 1-5 min exercises with it, have relaxed me immediately - and I could even see that directly on the screen! My everyday life is very hectic, but I manage to comfortably incorporate these exercises. Many situations that often made me very upset, I now manage to regulate myself and stay more calm.
We were a very mixed group of participants and I must say that everyone got their money's worth. Katharina addressed all concerns and interests, she never lost the "thread" and was always ready to help even with technical problems of individual participants.
The course grounded me and showed me clearly which methods I can use to go from 100 to 1 in the shortest possible time. Simply great, whether in the job, in the relationship with partner or children it is unbelievable how much I have learned through this course! And it was also a lot of fun!
I have already taken many courses, but as authentic as Katharina is, that has rarity value.
I would like to urge everyone to do something good for themselves and their fellow human beings and take this course. Believe me, you will not regret it! On the contrary, you will automatically pass on this positive energy to others. This course has so many facets and I do not want to betray or polarize anything here, so I do not go into content.

Katharina does the training with a lot of heart and soul. She has a deep background knowledge and brings the content very clearly, well-founded and easy to understand. The exercises are easy to integrate into everyday life and help me to get down faster. I am absolutely convinced of the training and of Katharina and can recommend her 100%.

Before the conversation, I knew that something was wrong, but I couldn't put my finger on it. Through Katharina's targeted inquiries, situations and circumstances that make me dissatisfied have only become clear. So I can finally tackle my problems with jointly developed strategies.
I became aware of Ms. Maerhrlein via the ResilienzKongress, so I only know 2 video sequences so far, which have fully inspired me and given me good ideas. I love it when things are explained simply and pragmatically and a light comes on for me.
