I came across Kinderheldin because I was looking for an alternative to my face-to-face postpartum course, which unfortunately didn't do much for me. There are great course offers here - several postpartum courses to choose from and even live via zoom! The course leadership is motivating and questions can be asked in a private setting. My little one is now 4 months old and I wish I had found this website sooner. Knowing Dunstan baby talk or newborn massage or breastfeeding classes and so much more are so beneficial even before birth!!!! But better now than never.... 😀

The offer of Kinderheldin has prepared me very well for the birth and being a mother. Interesting courses and the readily available advice from the midwives provide security. I think the idea behind it is really great. The customer service is also very friendly and accommodating.

Since I paid exactly the same for my first child for ONE back formation course as I did for an annual subscription to Kinderheldin and had additional course offers, I was convinced by it for that reason alone. In addition, it is very advantageous that booked courses, if something comes up, can be viewed at any time, due to the recording, even later. I design each week according to my preferences and needs at Kinderheldin. The variety of courses (not only for pregnant women, but also for already moms of toddlers) speaks for itself! From language support to dealing with feelings and various offers for babies as well as the (expectant) mom, everything is there. I am thrilled with the offer! Many thanks

The course instructors are empathetic and respond individually to the participants' questions, the course content is very precisely tailored to the prenatal and postnatal needs of the families and really addresses all the questions that arise, and the large selection of courses is great. I don't know of any other comparable provider and really enjoy training with Kinderheldin, although I usually find it hard to motivate myself to go somewhere. It's most familiar at home and that's the feeling you need during pregnancy. Mama Joey with daughter in SSW 22 :)

I was recommended Kinderheldin in my local childbirth class by another mother. I had never heard of such a service before. I think it's great that the midwives are available every day, should I ever have a problem. The consultant midwives address every issue and have always answered my questions sensitively.
The offer of live classes is amazing. I find here all topics from the beginning of pregnancy until my child is 2 years old. I feel very well taken care of here. Thank you for your work!

I am a German living abroad where there is not a good provision of post natal exercise courses etc., so I had to rely on this online offer. The courses are really excellent and all midwifes super nice and knowledgeable. There are many different exercise courses for birth preparation and post natal, mobility and functionality, and all of them are excellent. Also the courses around children like first aid course and healthy feet were absolutely fantastic.
It's also good that all courses can be watched on video for one week after the course, so if your baby is not happy at the time of the live course, you can always do it at a later point that is more convenient, something that is of course not possible in traditional face to face courses.

Thank you for this wonderful service!
The courses are easy to book and from the process and quality top! If you can not sometimes, you can watch the recording, or even to repeat.
Both the live and video courses are worth a lot.

The midwife advice is also great, especially if you unfortunately had no free midwife on site.

I would use Kinderheldin again and again and also recommend it ☺️

After successful registration and confirmation of course participation with indication of health insurance incl. code for cost coverage I am subsequently kicked out because I have not confirmed the participation again by mail within 48 hours! Such a cheek! First you wait forever for a place and then you fly out if you do not confirm the participation twice because you do not know that you have to and you do not check the mails for 3-4 days! Then they threw me out and took the next in the list! Here it is unfortunately not about the people, only about profit!

We are very sorry that you were not able to participate in the course you requested!

On our platform you have the possibility to book a membership or to attend courses of the statutory standard care via the health insurance. For the courses that can be booked through the health insurance, we are exclusively a mediation platform between midwives/course leaders and participants. In this case, we refer the participant to a freelance midwife or course instructor. Everything else, such as the registration, organization and billing of the course are then no longer in our hands, since it is a service of the statutory standard care. Because this is a digital offer and a lot of organizational information is sent by e-mail, it is of course important to check your mailbox regularly so that you don't miss anything.

We thank you for your feedback and will see to it that we communicate this more clearly in the future. In our membership, on the other hand, all users* have the participation guarantee and can easily sign up for live courses or watch our video courses. You can sign up for these at any time and participate directly in your favorite courses.
