The studio is definitely recommendable.
Very clean, hygiene is very important, the trainers are all highly trained and I feel really well taken care of.
Very good training because:
- varied, many variations of the individual exercises
- very individual with consideration of the physical weak points such as knees, back.
- but at the same time building up the muscles around the weak points e.g. knees.
- the training is a whole body training and therefore very effective in building up the deep muscles (e.g. back and shoulders). With regularity and continuity you will notice it in your posture. Who doesn't want and need an upright and healthy posture?
- And yes, it is strenuous and yes, muscles are built up evenly. Who does not want to be well "shaped"?
The trainers are super friendly, flexible and we train with joy , humor and sweat 💦.
Try it out is definitely worth it , because as easy as it looks , it is definitely not....
Ran to the bacon , ran to the muscles , the inner pig dog may not win ....
