Bei meiner ersten Schwangerschaft haben wir einen Hypnobirthingkurs bei Kristiane gemacht. Jegliche Ängste und Sorgen wurden mir genommen und ich habe verschiedene Techniken gelernt, welche mich auf eine natürliche Geburt vorbereitet haben. Kein Sohn kam dann tatsächlich auf natürliche Art und in der Badewanne zur Welt, meine zuvor erlermten Techniken konnte ich alle anwenden und ich hatte eine Traumgeburt ohne Schmerzen.
Während der zweiten Schwangerschaft habe ich wieder Kontakt zu Kristiane gehabt und sie hat mich stets unterstützt und mir ein Refresh und neuen Input gegeben, ichh fühlte mich sehr wo und aufgehoben. Auch wenn die zwejte Geburt etwas schwieriger war, war ich froh die Techniken erneut anzuwenden, denn nur so war eine natürliche Wassergeburt möglich
