The offer here, of mostly free access to knowledge and information on lean management and related content is remarkable.
If I had not been professionally involved with all these topics since the 1990s in a large corporation, I would have been overwhelmed by the variety of topics here, and was still looking for the common thread for implementation with the greatest leverage in the company.
Less expert knowledge, but provide different cooking recipes for implementers in companies.
Because every company has its own experts for internal implementation in the business processes.

The Lean Knowledge Base offers a great platform for everything related to lean.
I particularly like the alignment with the Toyota Production System and the fact that the culture is in the foreground.
Many others do pure tooling with promises of quick success.
They don't. Here you can see how to do it right.
I support the suppliers of a mechanical engineering company in Zweibrück in the introduction and further development of their own production systems based on the TPS.
Very often I refer to individual contributions from the Lean Knowledge Base and always recommend the Lean Online Academy (in German-speaking countries).
The feedback I receive is always very positive.
It's great what the team here offers around Lean.
