Before the mentoring with Lena and her team, I had the problem that I was putting off important and relevant topics such as positioning and target group identification, according to the motto "it can be done without" 🫣.

I had already looked into the professional field of virtual assistance for the first time in 2016, but was completely overwhelmed by all the information and requirements (business registration, tax, etc.) and quickly abandoned the idea. One day, Lena popped up in my Instagram feed and brought the topic back to my attention. Her way of doing things convinced me so much that after 7 years I finally plucked up the courage to take the plunge!

Before the VAcademy, I had the problem that I was completely overwhelmed with all the information about virtual assistance and simply didn't know where to start, what services I wanted to offer and how I could make customers aware of me. That's why I put off my career aspirations for almost 2 years and wish I had come to Lena's mentoring program sooner... but better later than never! 💪

I saw Lena via Instagram ads and then spontaneously signed up for the free VAbinar. Afterwards, I had the opportunity to have 2 personal conversations about whether VA was really for me and whether I would fit in. These talks alone were great and very focused on me. It was about me and not just about selling me the course.
After wrestling with myself for a short time about whether I could afford the course, I decided to follow my path to freedom and learn.
What a decision! I was a bit overwhelmed at the beginning, but I quickly found my feet. The academy is really well structured and it's so much fun to watch the videos and get straight into the implementation. It's about so much more than "just" becoming a VA. It's about mindset, personal attitudes and finding exactly what we really want to do.

I'm Anna and I recently became a virtual assistant. 🎉 Before working with Lena and her team, I didn't know what this term actually meant, nor did I have the slightest idea about the world of online business. Hello, my name is Ulrike and I am a virtual assistant.
It was through Lena that I first became aware of the term and profession of VA. Before I started working with Lena, I was clueless and listless about how and whether things should and will continue after my parental leave. Due to my family, my priorities have shifted, so that I now have to and want to reorganize my professional and private life and now strive for personal change and self-realization.
With the intensive coaching and very good insight into being a VA, I quickly extended my parental leave and registered my business. I am in the starting blocks as a VA and am looking forward to getting started and have now found the time to establish myself as a VA and work full-time as a VA after my parental leave.
My view of myself/my perception has also changed a little and my courage has also grown a little. Being visible in the online world is a challenge for me, but one that I will grow from.

I almost always knew immediately what I had to do.
