We spent two very instructive and also very entertaining afternoons with Mr. Stanberger and were able to take away a lot for our further work. We were reminded of many things that we had unfortunately neglected or forgotten, and how we should address or evaluate certain things. We were equipped with lots of plans, ideas and possible courses of action and hope to be able to stop bullying now and also ensure that bullying can be nipped in the bud if possible.

The intensive experiences led to an open exchange with all participants (children, parents, teachers) and significantly changed the dispute culture at the school. Through the vivid character traits of mosquito, sheep and lion, the children were able to consciously reflect on their behavior in disputes and adapt it to lion-like behavior. In this way, they became more self-confident and reflective. Of course, there are still disagreements and quarrels between our students, but the importance of the conflicts is no longer antecedent and solutions are often found independently.

The training (with children, parents, teachers and educators) by Karsten Stanberger on the topic, was a first step of our school in this area. Previously quite skeptical, because we had no experience in this area, very quickly all doubts disappeared. We "felt the new drive". Karsten manages very impressively to take the children and adults along in a short time. The new input is really worth a lot, must of course be lived by us.
