I admit that I am not a "fan" of courses in this area: I like to deal with the topic of mindfulness and meditation, but I was always of the opinion that it is enough for me to inform myself in books on the subject and then practice meditation or "mindfulness" myself. For various reasons I decided to take this course and I am more than enthusiastic: I have learned and heard a lot of new things, as well as gained more awareness for the topic of mindfulness - especially in everyday life. A large part of my enthusiasm is also due to Patricia: very authentic, empathetic and extremely professional, she not only leads through the course, but also creates a closeness that is impressive despite the online format. I was surprised that a course with the topic of mindfulness could be conducted so well in this format - after all, one would think that with this topic, the closeness and community of the course participants would be essential for the course. But somehow Patricia managed to generate an exchange in the course that made you forget that the participants were not in one room at all, but spread across Germany. So: I am on board and motivated to implement what I have learned and heard in my everyday life. I can fully recommend the course.
