Nicht oberflächlich, sondern sehr intensiv und deshalb sehr wirksam wurden wir in unserer Verwaltung beraten. Gerade im Hinblick auf Verwaltungsmodernisierung mit Schwerpunkt Führen im Homeoffice zu empfehlen.

Im Rahmen einer mehrteiligen Führungskräfteentwicklung bewies Herr Dindorf viel Engagement und Humor. Aus vielfältigen Perspektiven wurde das Thema moderne Führung beleuchtet. Dabei räumte er mit einigen überholten Ansätzen auf. Unsere Führungskräfte zeigten sich in der anschließenden Bewertung sehr zufrieden.
