It is a very good campus. My employees and I benefit again and again over years and months from approaches and especially from what we have learned practically.
Super coaching, the approach is holistic and deep. thus cause-related, if there is anything at all to improve: I would sometimes additionally wish for more tool-like quick tricks, so to speak for the first aid in acute situations. There are nevertheless again and again. Otherwise full recommendation for substantial coaching. Thanks has brought a lot and is above all also sustainable!!!!

Particularly helpful is the teaching of the basic theory, which can be put into practice immediately using very concrete examples, and that concrete results for practical work in one's own company can already be achieved within the group during the Leadership Campus.
If all course participants get involved, it is possible to openly exchange very personal experiences and grow together. This mutual trust, once built up, helps tremendously in dealing with the daily problems in the company.
