Herr Böttner hat ein sehr kompetentes, freundliches Auftreten. Zudem ist er sehr Hilfsbereit und schnell zur Stelle. Probleme werden durch sein breit gefächertes Fachwissen sehr gut und schnell gelöst. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne auf ihn zurück.
